Your use of this service implies your acceptance of the terms outlined in this agreement. Additionally, when utilizing these services, you are bound by any posted guidelines or rules specific to those services. Engaging with this service constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, kindly refrain from using this service.
1.1 – Personal Information
Customers commit to providing accurate, current, and complete information necessary for purchasing Products and Services (defined in Section 3.1 below).
Qweex retains the right to suspend sales to Customers providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete data. Customers recognize Qweex's use of the STRIPE payment processing service for order processing and fee billing.

By utilizing any Services, you express consent to the collection, transfer, storage, and other uses of your information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Regardless of your location, you authorize Qweex to use your information in the United States and other countries where Qweex operates. 2. Sale
2.1 - Pricing
Refer to Qweex’s current pricing page at http://www.qweex.co for Product and Service pricing. Qweex reserves the right to modify prices at any time without providing protection or refunds for promotions or price decreases.
2.2 – Refund/Cancellation Policy
If dissatisfied with a Product, Qweex will refund the most recent month's service fee. Refund requests must be sent to hello@qweex.co within thirty (30) days of the last Qweex. Credit card chargeback processing is beyond Qweex's control; contact your credit card company for details.
2.3 – Payment Methods; Automatic Monthly Qweex Service Renewals and Qweex Service Cancellation Policy
Qweex accepts credit/debit card payments exclusively. Pay fees based on Qweex’s pricing terms. Failure to pay may lead to account suspension or termination. Qweex may receive updated credit card information from your issuer, and you have the right to opt out of the update service.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CONSUMER:
Qweex will automatically renew your Qweex Service after each car wash, charging your credit card with the applicable fee. Each renewal period is one month. You can cancel anytime by logging into your account on www.qweex.co. Cancellation requests received after the first day of the month take effect the following month. 3. Skipping and Resuming Washes
Qweex offers members the ability to temporarily Skip their Qweex Services ("Pause Period"). During this period, members remain active but do not receive services. To pause or resume, email hello@qweex.co.
4. Referrals Program
These are the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Qweex Referral Program. Members can provide friends, family, or others with a unique referral ID link for signing up. For each Qualified Referral, the Member may receive 6 months of free Qweex washes. Qweex may terminate this Program at any time. A Qualified Referral involves securing a location with at least 15 vehicles for Qweex services.

Prospective Members using a Member’s Personal Link must submit personal information. The Company will collect, process, and use this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5.2 – How the Program Works
Program Participation Generally: A Member provides the Prospective Member with their Personal Identifier. The Prospective Member must complete the sign-up process and mention the Personal Identifier in the same session. Prospective Members must satisfy requirements and consent to receiving communications from Qweex. Members may not refer themselves. Eligible Member: To receive Credits, a Member must be a legal resident of the U.S., at least 18 years old, and have a Qweex Service account in good standing. Personalized Referral Identifier: Members can create a Personalized Referral Identifier, subject to Company's discretion to amend or revoke it. Making a Referral: Members can refer Prospective Members by giving their Personal Identifier. Once a Prospective Member successfully signs up for Qweex services, the Member may receive a communication from the Company confirming the referral.
Qualified Referrals
A Qualified Referral means that the Prospective Member completed registration using the Member’s Personal Link, was not previously registered, and meets eligibility requirements.
Earning Free Washes (Credit)
Members may receive six (6) free months of washes for each verified Qualified Referral. The actual Credit is determined by Qweex. Members may attain unlimited Qualified Referrals, subject to review by Qweex.
Verified Qualified Referrals
All Credits are subject to verification. The Company may delay a Credit for investigation. Company may refuse to verify transactions deemed fraudulent or suspicious.
Value of Credit
Credits have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash or equivalent. Company may cancel, amend, or revoke Credits at any time.
Transfer of Credits
Credits are personal to the Member, not transferable, and may not be sold. Upon termination of the Program or a Member’s account, unredeemed Credits are forfeited. By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Qweex and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
